Return Policy
Returns are accepted on unopened items only. There are no exceptions to this rule. A 15% restocking fee may apply to your return. Manufacturer warranties apply to most of our items. Please email us @ sales@vaxrus.com for an RMA number for all returns. Our shipping department cannot accept any returns without a valid RMA number.
Return Terms
If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period it will be replaced with an item of equal functionality.
For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging.
Returned items must not be abused or intentional damage.
All items are inspected before processing any returns.
Merchandise should be properly packed and insured. Returns should be shipped via traceable means.
There are no walk-in return/replacement services.
DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 3 days from the delivery date.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
Return Procedures
Send an email to salesreturn@vaxrus.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number along with a detailed note explaining your issue. All RMA numbers are valid for 5 business days in which time the return must be shipped back to us. No return will be accepted if there is not an RMA Number Assigned.
